“Donald also has worked on resolving contract issues as he was on contract committees in the past.”- Capizzi First Campaign

Is Donald referring to experience with his contracts?  Is he referencing the contract that was awarded to him by the mayor and council a few months after they gave him thousands of dollars for his last campaign?

Is he referencing the contract that gave him a $52,413.35 Tahoe for personal use?

Is he referencing the contract that allows $342,000 retirement payouts for unused days?

It’s odd that Donald would include that line in bio.  His conflicts of interest would really limit the contract committees that he be part of (the same applies to his two running mates).

Donald can NOT negotiate any teacher contracts since Councilwoman Patricia Licata is part of the bargaining unit.

Donald can NOT negotiate the superintendent contract since Mr. Quatrone’s brother is Donald’s superior in the Lodi Police Department.

The machine always handpicks the candidates LEAST FIT to sit on the Board- candidates with the worst conflicts of interest.

I wonder if the union activists are aware that not one member of “Capizzi First” can negotiate their contract
