These serious issues must be addressed:
1) How can someone hold a public position, in
which they were not qualified, for over a decade? A school system cannot be run in this manner. Students suffer. Staff suffers.
2) Was Mrs. Cardone paid on the BA salary guide
or the MA salary guide when she was Lodi High School “Media Specialist”? If she was paid on the MA salary guide and
cannot produce a real MA degree, then that pay must be returned to the Lodi taxpayers. Otherwise, that would be fraud and
theft. That would also impact the public
pension she currently receives.
Lodi’s
corrupt political machine created a rigged system where unqualified people
snatch jobs away from the most qualified. Nancy Cardone is running to protect and
preserve this rigged system.
August DeFalco was on the board in the early ’90s engaging in
this corruption. Now he is Nancy Cardone’s
campaign manager. These corrupt, washed
up, political hacks from decades past need to find a new source of money to rob. Lodi is a working class community and can no
longer afford to pay the Cardone/DeFalco corruption tax.
