Should the Public Have the Right to See Retirement Payouts for Public Employees? Nancy Cardone Said and Voted "No".

On May 23, 2018, a motion was passed bringing about more transparency on retirement payouts.  Nancy Cardone was one of only two NO VOTES.

OPRA responses have shown that since 2014 every Lodi school employee has been capped at $15,000 for unused sick days.  Nancy Cardone wouldn’t care if the public saw payouts of $15,000.  What Nancy Cardone did not want the public to see were the outrageous illegal payouts that she was trying to give to those that have enriched her family members.

If Nancy Cardone does not want the public to see what she is doing, then she shouldn’t be doing it.  It’s all Lodi tax dollars.  Lodi taxpayers have every right to see how their money is being spent.

Link to post from the night of Nancy Cardone’s disgraceful vote:

When you see Nancy Cardone, ask her to explain her vote.

Nancy Cardone’s 3 running mates must approve of Nancy Cardone’s corrupt voting record.  Otherwise, why would they be running with her?  Why are they not disavowing her corrupt actions?
