If the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and the NEA can influence schools, why can’t Evangelicals?  The judge got it right:

"But a federal judge says the lawsuit didn’t prove that the state’s charter authorization law caused the groups’ grievances."

Competition is good.  Choice is good.
