In case you missed it, Gary Paparozzi used his title
as “Lodi Republican Chairman” to land another position for himself with the
state. Last time, he received one from
James McGreevy. Paparozzi chaired “Republican Mayors for McGreevy” to secure a position on the State Planning Commission. This time Paparozzi was appointed to the State
Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors by Chris Christie. Paparozzi was confirmed during a lame duck
session as Christie was about to leave office.
Too many members of the Bergen County Republican Organization
are self-serving, unprincipled, recycled politicians. They are basically the Bergen County Democrat
Organization without the money and ability to win an election. Instead of wanting to reform a broken system,
they want to join the system.
Both parties stink.
Gary Paparozzi is basically the Marc Schrieks on the Republican side. Both completely exploited Lodi public office and their titles for personal gain.
