Coucilwoman Patricia Licata is a Lodi BOE employee/councilwoman. Did she bother to
search who was being hired in the building where she is employed?
BOE candidate Marc Schrieks was on Lodi council at the time. Did he bother to search who was being hired?
Were the newly created positions posted anywhere? How many applicants were there? What hiring method was used? Usually none.
Will the person responsible for the hiring step forward and explain if the articles from Fairview mattered at all during the selection?
