Today on nj.com: Lodi #1 in New Jersey for being hammered by school taxes…

If nj.com researched a little further, it would see an even bigger problem with Lodi school taxes.  Lodi is NOT a middle of the road town between wealthy districts and the heavily subsidized poor districts.  Lodi is HEAVILYY SUBSIDIZED which makes Lodi’s ranking all that much worse.


Below is a list of all Bergen County towns that appeared in the top 23 for being hammered by school taxes.  Next to each district is the amount of State aid each receives.  All receive a significant amount less than Lodi.
