Link to School Ethics Commission Advisory Opinion
A19-17 (doctrine of necessity):
It’s very sad the neither Board Attorney provided this
advisory opinion to the Trustees (at least not to me).
If the Board proceeds with its plans for Wednesday, it
will knowingly be acting against the available advice from the School Ethics Commission. Once again, this is a recent advisory opinion. It's not from twenty years ago.
