A Board plagued by nepotism and beholden to a special
interest group chose a 24 year old with no
board experience to be president on his very first day.
This action is insulting to the residents of Lodi and
further shows that the Board does not take its responsibility seriously.
The motion was made by Nancy Cardone. Leto voted for himself (instead of abstaining).
