Nancy Cardone joined the Lodi BOE in 2014. She resigned in 2015. Cardone’s niece was hired by the Lodi BOE in
2015 shortly after Nancy Cardone’s resignation. Nancy Cardone blatantly circumvented New
Jersey’s nepotism regulations, being her niece couldn’t be hired while she was
on the Board. So Nancy stepped down, got
her niece a job, and then rejoined the Board so she can vote on even more relatives’ contracts. I am sure that wasn't
the intent of the school nepotism regulations.
That niece we are talking about is the daughter of
Fran Santos. Fran Santos is a long time
LEA leader and Frank Quatrone’s “enforcer”.
Quatrone has really reciprocated with lots of favors for her family over
the years.
Fran Santos is the person that couldn’t control
herself at the last Board meeting. She
was loud. She was angry. She was obnoxious.
She is also the person that was campaigning inside the
Kennedy Park Fire House on Election Day (activities which are prohibited).
Nepotism abusers.
Obnoxious behavior. All on the
Lodi payroll.
