years. People know who he is.
Bob Marra received 37% of the votes cast for the one
year seat. 63% of the votes cast were against Bob Marra.
Relying on a perennial candidate (that he meets with everyday at McDonalds) to spoil an election did not give Bob Marra or the "machine" a mandate to continue their bad behavior on the Board.
