Yes, Donald Scorzetti changed his vote at the meeting…

After watching the video, people keep asking me, “Did you see Donald Scorzetti change his vote after Capizzi interrupted?”

Yes.  I saw what took place.

Scorzetti first voted to split the “Doctrine of Necessity” Resolution into two separate resolutions.  Quatrone should have a separate resolution from the teachers. They are not one bargaining unit.

After Scorzetti voted YES, Marc Capizzi interrupted to explain again what was being voted on.  Capizzi bought enough time for Scorzetti to change his vote from “Yes” to “No”.

Capizzi’s interruption was inappropriate and uncalled for.  It further shows that Lodi has a puppet Board.

Donald Scorzetti had his phone out during the meeting and looked at it often.

The Board has a policy to not have phones out on the dais so there won’t be coaching by others during our meetings.

If Scorzetti is not capable of understanding what he is voting on, then maybe he shouldn’t be receiving $200,000 as our Deputy Chief.
