From the July 6^th meeting (Sciarrillo bills discussion):

Me: Mr. Miller, I guess everything was phone conversations.  Do you have a record of the times of day he was calling you?

Miller: No.

Me: Do you have a records of the time?

Sciarrillo: No.

Me: See, that’s unacceptable.

Miller: OK.

Me: Cause the district is being billed, and I mean, you are calling all different times.

Miller: My stipend that I get paid for being on the board doesn’t cover that.
