It was confirmed yesterday
that Dominic Miller did not draft the ethics complaint against me. It was prepared and drafted by Lodi Board of
Education Attorney Anthony Sciarrillo.
Anthony Sciarrillo did not sign his name to complaint. He denied having anything to do with the
complaint at our July 6th special meeting. He blatantly lied about his involvement. He denied receiving emails from Dominic
Miller. He acknowledged that tax dollars
cannot be used to file an ethics complaint against a board member.
Anthony Sciarrillo submitted
a long list of bills to the BOE for his work on the ethics complaint. Tax
dollars are being used to pay him. This
is a clear violation.
I am sending you a separate
email containing attachments I received yesterday along with my email to the
rest of the board.
Can you please forward this
information to whoever is handling the case Dominic Miller v Ryan Curioni?
