Individuals choose to pay gym
dues whereas they are forced to pay union dues.
Gym dues usually don’t go
directly from the taxpayers to the gyms without the individual ever seeing or
touching the money.
Members of unions don’t all have the same interests,
politics, and values. It doesn’t
matter. The loud mouth union leaders speak
for them anyway.
So union dues are just like gym dues. But not really.
