An OPRA request forced the mayor and council to
approve and produce their closed session minutes. This should have been taking place all
along. Apparently, Vincent Caruso carried
over his bad practices from the Lodi BOE into the Borough Hall.
Notice how vague some of the minutes are especially
with DPW personnel. I
would suspect they have something to do with the promotion and special
treatment for Councilwoman Licata’s son.
His situation was being discussed yet his name doesn’t appear.
