When Nancy Cardone was sworn into office in January 2018, she stated
that meetings can’t go past 8:30. Three
months later, Nancy Cardone made a
motion to ELIMINATE ALL WORK SESSIONS.
She was successful in moving Lodi backwards.
Board business wasn’t getting done. There was one scandal after another. There was no accountability or
oversight. In October 2018, a motion as
made to reinstate work sessions for the obvious reasons. The motion passed. Nancy
Cardone was one of only two NO votes.
Time is required to fix a broken system. Time is required to improve education. Time is required to provide accountability
and oversight.
