Belleville Mayor Michael Melham, who has a NO BID contract with the Lodi Mayor and Council, filed a really ridiculous ethics complaint similar to Debra Kwapniewski…

Michael Melham & Phil Murphy

Melham owns the “Alpha Dog” that you have seen all over the Lodi bills.  He has also done campaign work for members of the Lodi council.

Melham supposedly maintains the borough website for Lodi (at a really high price).  I am sure his connections in politics plays no role in him landing these town contracts.

Melham filed a ridiculous ethics complaint against a Belleville BOE member which mirrors that filed by Debra Kwapniewski against me.

Melham’s complaint was dismissed.  It was completely ridiculous.

Link to SEC decision:

Ethics complaints should be filed against BOE members that use public office to benefit themselves and their family members financially and engage in other corrupt acts.

Ethic complaints shouldn’t be used by egotistical politicians retaliating against members of the public for exposing their corrupt actions on social media or blogs.
