"Want more state aid, Lakewood? Stop paying your lawyer over $700k"

Link to Editorial from the Star-Ledger:

OFAC investigations in other districts led to reports stating that these types of attorney contracts are improper.  So why are they still in place in Lakewood?

These abuses continue to take place because Governor Murphy, Executive County Superintendents, the Department of Education, and too many investigators at OFAC are not doing their jobs.

This shows why it is so important to elect government watchdogs to local boards of education.  They are your last hope for any type of oversight and accountability.
