school employees that allow them to far exceed their base salaries.
In Lodi, we have seen many teacher union leaders and
relatives of board members far exceed their base salaries with special
arrangements. We have also seen
administration far exceed their base salaries with special arrangements. This results when there is a lack of
oversight and when those witnessing abuses are afraid to speak up.
