New evidence debunks any theory that there was an agreement from 2007 to pay Frank Quatrone for 212 sick days at the time of retirement 12 years later…

In 2014, Marc Capizzi sent the statement above to Harriet Wagner of the DOE Bergen County Office.

The statement shows that the Lodi BOE planned on paying Mr. Quatrone $276,697.12 for unused sick days if he retired in 2017.  They planned on paying him for 429.50 unused sick days.

If there was an agreement in place on June 8, 2007 to pay Mr. Quatrone for 212 days at any time of retirement, how come that 212 number never appeared once on any contract or detailed statement accompanying a contract from July 1, 2012 thru June 30, 2017?  How come different numbers did appear?

In 2014, those in control never thought that any outsiders could get elected to the board.  They knew they had a friend in Harriet Wagner who allowed them to work around the law.  They were going to take whatever they wanted and nobody was going to stop them.

Side note:  Last summer, Joseph Zarra told me that he never reviewed the sick day payout when he signed off on Mr. Quatrone's 2018 contract.  He assured me that Harriet Wagner would call me the next day to address my questions.  She never called.  I informed Zarra that Harriet Wagner never called.  She still didn't call.  She never responded to emails.  Not once.

Harriet Wagner's name has come up time and time again.  She has clearly allowed the Lodi politcians to do as they please while violating state statutes.
