Quatrone and his BOE completely disregarded this legal advice…

Quatrone had NO agreement with the district as of June 8, 2007 that would have allowed him to be credited with more than $15,000 for unused sick days at the time of his retirement no matter what year that retirement occurred.

Quatrone’s new contract values his supposed sick days at his current salary instead of his 2007 salary.

The advice above was the only legal advice provided to the Board regarding Quatrone’s sick day payout.

Alisa DiChiara provided no written or verbal explanation for her opinion.  She just says it’s her opinion and that’s that.  And she has been consistently wrong.
