“Prosecutors say he agreed to pay voters $50 if they applied for and cast mail-in ballots. He would deliver the applications for ballots then collect the ballots themselves when the voters filled them out, prosecutors say. After the election, Rojas would deliver $50 checks to the voters, they allege.”


Vote by mail fraud is more common than most would think.
