New names added to payroll, more nepotism in the Lodi Borough Hall…

Link to recent borough payroll:

Besides some noticeable cases of nepotism, Charles Cuccia’s two week pay jumped from $460 to $3,272.53.

Charles Cuccia used to bill Lodi through “Treasury Services” and then have other individuals fulfill the role as CFO.  Is he an actual borough employee now, fulfilling the role as CFO?  If so, why did the arrangement change after all these years? How can he be a full-time employee of Lodi when he is the business administrator for Little Falls?  For the Lodi taxpayers' sake, I hope Cuccia isn't part-time with a $78,540.72 salary.

Side note:  The politicians running borough hall refuse to implement any nepotism policy.  Many towns with nepotism policies apply those policies to elected officials as well as department heads, supervisors, etc.
