The Board approved Mr. Quatrone’s renegotiated
contract on April 25, 2018. Apparently,
it was signed and hand delivered to the County Office the very next day. It clearly was the top priority of those running our schools. Everything was rushed and done in haste.
It’s questionable how the contract could have been
signed and hand delivered on April 26th. At what time of the day did Joe Leto sign the
contract on April 26th? Who
hand-delivered the contract during the work day of April 26th? At what time of the day was it hand delivered
to the County Office on April 26th?
