The subpoena from the office of the Attorney General and the response from the office of Marc Capizzi did not take place between meetings.  The subpoena was received by Marc Capizzi on October 24^th.  The Board held a meeting on October 30^th  where the Board was NOT informed of the subpoena.  A response to the subpoena was supposedly sent to the DAG on November 13^th.  The Board held a work session on November 14^th.  The deadline for a response was November 15^th.  The subpoena was mentioned to the Board for the first time after a response was already provided.  

The subpoena for emails was not a broad request.  It was quite specific and relevant.  The board office refused to turn them over.

Without going into specifics, it is more than clear that certain individuals are covering things up and protecting bad behavior.  Certain individuals made statements in the summer of 2017 that have been contradicted by their subpoena response.
