At the July 6th meeting, I exposed that public
funds were being used for a private purpose (Sciarrillo drafting Dominic Miller's ethics complaint against me and billing the district).
I listened to the tape of the meeting.
I was lied to.
I was scolded. I was even laughed
at.
And I was right.
Certain people obviously thought they would never be
caught. Sciarrillo fought to get paid for those bills. He isn't fighting any longer.
The letter above was on tonight’s agenda for “Communications”
so it isn’t confidential.
Serious violations occurred. And they in no way are remedied with the
letter above.
