The Resolution states that Patricia Licata deposited $1500 in escrow of which $1437.50 was "expended", leaving $62.50 to be refunded.
The attachment to the Resolution shows that the CFO adjusted the “incorrect dollar amount”. The CFO adjustment makes it appear that $150 was deposited and not $1500. It only listed one expenditure of $87.50 for a professional service.
This Resolution is confusing.
