Jamie Ciofalo, an administrator with the Englewood schools, receives payments from Hibster who has a contract with the Englewood schools.

This is highly inappropriate and unethical.  Ciofalo should remove himself from any businesses receiving contracts from Englewood.  Englewood pays him enough.
