The Janus decision empowered middle class workers by allowing them to make their own choices regarding association and paycheck deductions. The self-serving politicians that made the statement above are recipients of forced union dues. Without the consent of public employees, money is taken from their paychecks and spent on political campaigns in support of Lagana, Swain, and Tully. The three politicians won't tell you that.
The Janus decision has nothing to do with the right to organize or collective bargaining.
It is sad how little these politicians know about a subject
that has received so much national attention.
