It appears that the “Sarlo Resolutions” were a top priority for everyone in Borough Hall:




It’s odd to see a public notice on June 5, 2017 for something approved on November 10, 2016.

LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF LODI, ZONING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on October 27, 2016, the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Borough of Lodi, approved a development application submitted by 183 Garibaldi Avenue, LLC (hereinafter "the Applicant") in connection with the real property designated as Block 155 Lot 14 (183 Garibaldi Avenue), Lodi, N.J. Said approval being for a use variance to allow residential on the first floor of a multi-story building, density variance, number of story variance, preliminary and final site plan approval (and pre-existing variances). The Zoning Board memorialized its approval via the adoption of a Resolution at a public hearing on November 10, 2016.
