I think “Oxfeld” was confused when she filed the ethics complaint for Debra Kwapniewski. She mistook a union hall for a school. She took a union matter and brought it to the SCHOOL ethics commission.
“Oxfeld” is now confusing an ethics complaint with a
civil lawsuit: “Additionally, Mr. Curioni
has failed to follow the rules required for the imposition of frivolous lawsuit
sanctions.”
“Oxfeld” doesn’t want to defend Ms. Kwapniewski
against my claim that she filed a frivolous complaint.
“Oxfeld” is trying to tell the SEC how to do its
job. “Oxfeld” is interfering.
Just because the NJEA and “Oxfeld” have unlimited
access to other people’s money, it doesn’t give them a right to bully, harass,
and intimidate.
