Records show that Patty Licata has been emailing the
borough manager and other council members when she is supposedly working as a
teacher. All school hours are
represented: 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
Some of her emails are so unimportant, why does she
have to send them during the school day?
She basically just kisses up to everyone saying, “Thanks. Great Work.” for
every little thing.
