Update:  The questions from this post have since been answered.  Yes, Joe Licata is moving out of Lodi.  He will be resigning from the Board prior to his ethics hearing.

Is Joe Licata the 2nd Trustee off to North Haledon?


The Lodi voters deserve an answer before November 8^th.

The voters have the right to know if the Board President is leaving town after saddling Lodi with $7.5 million.

The voters have the right to know if the Board President can no longer stand to live in a town that he claims is run so well (by his family).

The voters have the right to know if an additional seat will open up after November 8^th.

Everything shouldn’t be kept secret until after Election Day.
