No Justice: The New Jersey School Ethics Commission Committed a Long List of Code Violations when It Covered Up for Licata and Ciofalo after Probable Cause was Already Found…

Reminder: Probable Cause was found and there was a process to follow.  The process did NOT take place.

The School Ethics Commission Transferred the Complaint to Office of Administrative Law for a hearing.  There was No hearing.

The Attorney General Office was assigned to PROSECUTE the allegations because “Probable Cause” was determined.  There was no prosecution.

The School Ethics Commission reprimanded Joseph Licata for the least serious violation.  It never posted its decision.  It made the most serious violation disappear without explanation.  It never posted its decision.

Please read the entire N.J.A.C. 6A:28 for yourselves:

This is the only mention of “Settlement”:

I was a party to the complaint.  I never agreed to the settlement.  I certainly never withdrew my complaint.  A settlement is NOT listed as part of the process or an option after probable cause is already found.
