Year after year, the Mayor and Council disregard audit recommendations…




Not maintaining a complete record of accumulated absences is a really big deal.

When Tony Luna retired, he took $75,511.9 for unused sick and vacation days.  The Borough was unable to supply any attendance  records other than for Tony Luna’s last year of employment.  Tony Luna was listed as his own supervisor. Tony Luna was the only person signing off on his own attendance records.

Lodi has really high taxes, soaring debt, and the largest retirement payouts around.  At the same time, the mayor and council don’t keep a complete record of accumulated absences.
