Tony Luna’s $72,511.92 retirement payout was never approved by Resolution.

The Mayor and Council never passed a Resolution approving Tony Luna's $72,511.92 payout for supposed unused sick and vacation days.

The only attendance sheets provided are from 2015.  There is no explanation or justification for where the 127 days came from.

The only signature on any of the sheets is from Tony Luna himself.  He lists himself as his own supervisor.

And Tony Luna approves of his payout (click on link below):

Tony Luna was never in the Borough Hall.  He didn't have a defined work day or work week.  How can he be responsible for keeping his own attendance records (and paying himself whatever he wants)?
