Last week, I submitted an OPRA request for: “A copy of Patrick Licata’s current employment contract.”
Today, I received the current employee agreement for
the “Building and Grounds” Unit. The
borough is claiming that this is Patrick’s current employment contract.
But Patrick’s salary is off the charts, as you can see
above.
I requested Patrick’s current employment contract
because many Lodi residents could not understand how a “Supervisor” was receiving
so much overtime and double time pay. That
didn’t occur years ago.
What actually is the arrangement for the Councilwoman’s
son? Are there civil service violations?
The Licatas have received nothing but special
treatment and unwarranted privileges.
The Licatas have cost Lodi so much in legal fees alone-
changing ordinances so a new department can be created for the councilwoman’s
son, having the Florio firm draw up two separated contracts, etc.
Councilwoman Licata has gotten so much for herself and
family through Lodi politics.
