After walking away with $342,000 for “unused” sick/vacation
days, Caruso will be paid additionally for newly accumulated days.
The mayor and council should never award a contract
that goes beyond their term in office.
Instead
of worrying about residents feeding cats, birds, or deer, the Lodi politicians
should be more concerned with the pigs at the trough.
