A review of all OPRA responses from Marc Capizzi
during the summer of 2017 contained no emails between Marc Capizzi and
Sciarrillo’s office.
In fact, Marc Capizzi claimed he had no knowledge of how
Dominic Miller was running up the legal bills.
The correspondence below came long after Tony Sciarrillo prepared,
drafted, and revised an ethics complaint against me.
Dominic Miller was required to go through Capizzi or Quatrone to use Tony Sciarrillo.
