proposes that Murphy sign a bill he sponsors that would abolish the authority,
which is responsible for building new schools and facilities in 31 of the
state's poorest communities, and fold it into the Economic Development
Authority. That bill does not yet have a financial impact assessment from the
Office of Legislative Services, but Sweeney said it could save the state up to
$23 million a year.”
