“LODI - The Borough Council has voted 3-2 to create a job for former Mayor Tony Luna that would pay him $75,000 a year and help him qualify for a pension.

Mayor Gary Paparozzi said this month the operations manager position would not be advertised and instead would be reserved for Luna, a lifelong borough resident who served as mayor for six years. Luna is four years short of the service time he needs to qualify for a pension.”
