Board Attorney Anthony Sciarrillo submitted
many bills for researching “doctrine of necessity” over the summer. He said he provided the superintendent with
an opinion that we had all been waiting for.
I requested the opinion at our October 25th
meeting. I submitted a request for the
opinion again on October 27th.
I still haven’t received it.
An important opinion has purposely been
withheld from Board members. Why?
