she has spoken about expanding educational opportunities for students, especially
for those that are poor and in underperforming districts.
Isn’t this article an example of school choice- a voucher program? The program is for a half a day but the
district is picking up the costs for a private Catholic university.
The more options and choices for parents and their
children, the better. Most parents can make better choices for their children's education than politicians or a union.
