For years, the Lodi mayor and council have been
borrowing for basic services. They are
bonding for items that most believe would be covered by an annual budget.
The Borough’s debt is the size of a year’s budget. The mayor and council’s behavior is reckless
and irresponsible.
The bonding ordinances posted below are approved annually
by the Lodi mayor and council.
