Planning Board’s initial denial was overturned by a judge.
Ms. Viscana, please produce something from a judge.
The OPRA response I received shows the settlement came
from Marc Schrieks and the Lodi council.
It did not include a judge’s opinion or summary of court proceedings.
A settlement by a mayor and council is not an order
from a judge.
I don't believe any judge would have decided that settlement unless
they were bought off.
The property wasn’t zoned for that project. Where are the variances?
