At the November 26th meeting, the Lodi council approved another
tax reduction and tax refund for Pinto.
This reduction was a SETTLEMENT by the council and NOT A JUDGMENT by a
controversial judge. Pinto is saving almost $20,000 in taxes for 2013 alone and his
tax refunds from prior years are a lot larger than that amount. Marc can’t blame Paparozzi for this one nor
can he blame Judge Andresini. At the
bottom of the page is a SETTLEMENT signed by Marc Schrieks. And by way, did I mention that the County Tax
Board gave Pinto NOTHING off for this property?
