You can see that the district is over redacting bills to purposely hide how the Giacobbe firm is ripping off the district. Bills have never been redacted to this extent. OPRA responses from other school districts provide much more detail and transparency. Board attorneys are supposed to draw up bills with the anticipation that can be requested via OPRA and made available to the public.
You can see on one of the bills that 9 different attorneys from this politician run firm were billing for the same time period. This is absurd and completely unnecessary.
Lodi's budget lists $100,000 for legal expenses for the entire school year. Lodi paid Giacobbe $20,066 just for July and August alone. You can see where Lodi going with this and how much you will be overpaying.
