Being board members can’t administer schools and being
board members are not supposed to receive any personal or financial benefit
from their board seats, this board member had no business receiving an all-expense
paid trip to Arizona from a vendor seeking a contract with the district. It was clearly unethical.
This is another bad decision by another administrative law judge. These ALJs and the School
Ethics Commission cannot be taken seriously.
