As Lodi borough manager, Tony Luna was supposed to be representing
Lodi’s interests when he was dealing with the developer. As soon as Luna retired, he was being paid by
that same developer. This is not
OK. It is alarming on so many levels.
Voters cannot tolerate anyone using public office to
peddle influence.
